State of the rad-I-NATION has reached critical mass! SHIFT HAS HIT THE FAN

So there is SO much going on this planet at this time and I would like to fully commit the time to sit down and spell it out for all of you, but by the time even I fully digest the sheer volume of importance of 1 event personally, I find out about several more on top of that requiring equal consideration and explanation for mankind at this time.

Many large announcements need to be formally declared and prepared as quickly as humanly possible but the TIME is just not allowing it. On top of this, the sheer IMPORTANCE of previous messages are not fully sinking in to the majority of this reading audience as life as you know still carries on without much change in direction that needs to occur for us to safely navigate what is about to occur.

In a brief nutshell I will try to catch this group of you up...
I am no longer just a reporter of things being done on this planet that no one else really delves into. I AM and always was (to a lesser extent in the past) a liaison between Awakened Mankind and Extradimenionsal Beings as well as the Greater Brotherhood of Man for lack of better explanations. This is not fantasy, delusion or jokes.

Events as of late have been made known to me previous to their happenings, and explanations of hidden events have been given to me in daily late night briefings when most everyone else is fast asleep.

I was previously tasked with the duty & honor to fully REALIZE and BECOME an AGENT of this change & not just a speakerbox for it. I have been far too quiet about this angle in my life and led almost a secret life under neath the public one due to the sheer insanity it presented when almost zero public proof of what I say was occurring. I today FULLY dismantle and throw away my prior public facade & step into my chosen role of that called a Wayshower.

The recent events in Japan were the last "easy" wake up call we will ever have. Notice was given to stop & ponder our current reality to the greater scope of what's really going on. What the governments HAVE known and have NOT reported to the public truthfully this whole time that the 6 Fukushima reactors were totally out of their control from day 1 and SHOULD have meltdowned long ago. Had this happened the radioactive fallout would have doomed us forever. Yet we are still here.

This is due to the collected efforts of the few thousands of Awakened Beings on this planet at this time that came together and activated in their roles as Earthkeeper's and with Conscious Freewill Human intent actually helped change the Laws of Physics to bend to where we are now. Nuclear scientists from our most industrialized nations STILL can not figure out how they still have the situation as bad as it is, not total annihilation levels yet. They have NO CLUE how to stop that from occurring even yet. Our intent was to minimize and trans-mutate the radioactive energies leaking out and reduce the harm it normally would have caused. The Greater Beings of Light that surround this planet at this time heard that call and have been aiding with their technologies, knowledge and energies from behind the scenes. Even now.

That being said..A DEADLY amount of radiation was still vented and released nonetheless into the atmosphere and environment. The governments of the world have knowingly RAISED all previous known safe limits of radiation by factors of up to 100,000 for some substances JUST BECAUSE that is what we have already been hit with & without any announcement as to it doing so for fear of loss of governmental control of populations. As evident by this projection that swept over quietly several days ago, the silent killer is effectively in our ENTIRE food and water chain.

So. Where does that put us? We are a species hat had an expiration date just from math alone.
Why hasn't it fully set into everyone yet then? Once again an extreme amount of compassion and will from Awakened Man did something else extraordinary.

Recently the sun erupted a corononal explosion almost ten times its own size out. Definite planet killer type thing:



This was not a bad thing, but an energetic wave of energy "transmitted" out by our Sun and caught and redirected by one's that knew how to. Awakened Souls who have mastered even the etheric and energy levels normal man is even unaware of. We took that flood of COMPASSIONATE energy & LOVE & allowed it to flow through our subtle energy layers and bodies directly into the crystalline core of the planet....releasing the 7 fold build of of tectonic stress the Earth was preparing to release as an epic rumbler to relieve the pressure's within that had potentials to sink entire CONTINENTS in one foul swoop.

This UNPRECEDENTED amount of focused LIGHT stemmed off a tremendous amount of restrictive & harmful energies from temporarily cascading beyond the critical point. It ALSO activated UNTIL now latent and dormant nuerosympa-telepatheo-meta-tronic receptors and synapses in our nervous systems and fully began the meta-transformic programming of our DNA strands. We have BEGUN THE SHIFT.

What is this "Shift" then in essence? In reality? Well. We forgot to touchback about that deadly amount of poisonous and radioactive elements WITHIN your body as we speak FOREVER already... Though not all the time an immediate death.... millions would notice effects not long after. This last blast of energy allow our own CELLS AND DNA to upshift in vibration and ability. WE REWROTE new programming into our "scripts" called life. We blended with everything about our bodies (radiation from mankind, the planet and the sun itself) and became a unified focus beam of will. The Will to CONTINUE ON WITH AS MANY OTHERS as we could possibly save. The planet IS and will be fine at any rate. The species of mankind on the other is our sticky point at hand.

With this shift in selves, the environment itself is changed along with you by Divine Law. That band of high concentration radionucleotides in the projection earlier was centered for instance on my location of Omaha, Ne. Within the thick soup bank of deadly energies that came through that night I could literally taste the radioactive elements that were surely taking hold within me. The Fallout was evident to a eye with any sort of knowledge on the matter as well.


Craft not of mankind in unison came down in formation through the thick heavy blankets of could and funneled and assisted in sending a wave of trans-mutative membrane out in a bubble that rippled into other node points of energy around the planet.

Almost immediately the brash of blizzard climate conditions in spring evaporated into the most spectacular brilliant spring days I have ever witnessed. The initial wave of change joined other similar ripples all over to ripple our pond of global energy to a newer vibration and resonance that allowed inter-dimensional portal to be opened all over the world that took the negative aspects of the deadly radiation back into a form of light without lasting effect to the environment around. THIS IS STILL HAPPENING AS WE SPEAK. More and more people are and will awaken FULLY into an awareness of a reality behind our current "grid" it will slowly "bleed" through your senses until you finally make the realization, you are crossing over into a timeline as it seems that mitigates if not eliminates more and more and hopefully all of our global dilemma's with almost a wand like effect.

There is an endless amount events, stories, science, happenings and occurrences have yet to EVEN touch base on let alone fully present to society as quickly as possible to fill in the major gaps in for all to provide all the information and knowledge to digest for your own purposes of acceptance and resonance of these facts.

What i truly needed to put out to the collective IMMEDIATELY was the fact that a positive future is definitely available...but not for all unless we can do some major catch up. We need as MANY souls to Awaken immediately and without any fraction of dedication of purpose at this time and help hold up the new standing wave pattern of reality so that it can...AND hopefully will blanket the energetic fields of sleeping man (over 99.8% of population) enough to bring them into unity with everything else safely.

We have moved strictly into a DO or DIE situation that not many quite truly can comprehend the sheer razor blade edge we teeter upon. COUNTLESS civilizations from starsystems and dimensions not even previously known possible to us have arrived to help us through our birthing pangs. They have begun the most passive and friendly ways possible given circumstances at hand to announce their presence especially within the last few days. The jist of the matter is clear....without us stepping up and acknowledging this history making event publicly as a society amongst ourselves...if not quite governmentally announced on the media yet for fear of the sheer response and anarchy - is that WE MUST ALL AGREE TO STOP.... SLOW down. BE STILL AND KNOW THYSELF for a minute. Catch that frequency we are sending out. It'll hit you after awhile. From there the process has begun and your transformation well underway to not only aid yourself....but all on this planet at this time.

The reasons I post what I post sometimes is for a very specific reason.  We are in a very volatile period of time on this planet.  Numbers have vibrational meanings that give a clue to the energies about at that time.  Alignments are equally as telling.  We have had an EXTREMELY ~rare~ combination of both in quick and perfectly syncromystical union and timing.

The Star Maker-A Glimpse into Eternity

I AM, and because I AM you ARE. I have ALWAYS BEEN and I shall ever BE, for I am without beginning without end. I am Life itself, for I am the very Source of all that IS. I brought forth all life within me, and I sustain all life and every instant that exists. Nothing can exist outside of Me, for I am the Source, the FIRST CAUSE behind all that IS. Great beings who are Creators in their own right, who have their existence in dimensions of life that are presently beyond your ability to conceive, have brought forth worlds, whole universes of matter...they have populated them with young Souls like yourselves which have come forth from the very substance of that which I AM...Yet ALL have their Being within Me, for I Am the one and only First Cause.

Nothing can exist outside of Life, therefore nothing can exist outside of Me, for I am the very Source of Life itself. There exist, within the vast dimension of the cosmos, beings beyond count...from Great Beings of infinite power whose very thoughts sustain whole universes of matter, to young Souls like yourselves who are just beginning to awaken to their Oneness with Life itself...yet ALL have their being within Me, and because I AM you ARE. I was never created...I am the FIRST CAUSE. I AM THAT I AM, the Source of all that IS, WAS, and all that shall ever BE.

Your book of Genesis reads:

...In the beginning, God created the Heave and the Earth

...And the Earth was without form, and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep...

....And God said, Let there be Light, and there was Light.

...And God saw the Light, that it was good.... and God divided the Light from the darkness.

That was in the beginning.

God said let there be Light, and there was Living Light...there was "Life"...and it was set apart from the darkness, for it was Light! That was the beginning....but it was only your beginning, it was not mine...for I have Always Been, and I shall ever Be. So ask yourself...what WAS before the beginning, when void and darkness were upon the face of the deep? Did life exist?

I existed, for I have Always Been, and shall ever Be. I was never created, for I AM the First Cause. The beginning, as you think of it, was only the beginning of time as you know it, for I am eternal. You calculate life in years, but Life itself is eternal, for I AM beyond time. The vast unfathomable cycles of time are but fleeting seconds to me, for I am the eternal NOW. To perceive Me you must go beyond time and glimpse the Eternal Now.

In your present embodiment you are 20, 40, 60, 80, maybe even 100 years old-your recorded history goes back 4000 - 5000 years - you are told that early man appeared 2 - 3 million years ago - you are told that the Earth is 4 billion years old- you are told that the universe of matter is 16 billion years old---but where did that matter come from? What existed before that? What existed 20 billions years ago? 100 billions years ago? A trillion aeons ago? Did Life exist?

I existed, for I AM, without beginning, without end. I am the Source of all that has EVER existed, and all that will ever BE. Nothing can exist outside of Me, for I am the First Cause, the One and only Source of all that is, was or ever shall be. All life exist within Me, for I am the Source of all life itself.

You exist because you are a part of Me...you exist within Me...for there is only ONE Source. There is only ONE. Look to the very center of all that you are and you will find Me there, for I am Life itself, the First Cause of all that IS. Apart from me there is only darkness and void, for I am the Source of Light which is Life itself. Step outside of time and look into eternity and you will see only Me, for I am eternity itself. Even Eternity does not exist outside of Me, for eternity is an expression of all that I AM.

Did I exist a trillion aeons ago...a trillion times a trillion? Yes...yet I only exist NOW. In me there is only NOW. Time as you know it is only an illusion, a concept...I am Life itself...I am Living Light. I AM...I have always been and shall ever BE.

If you let go of your attachment to your limited Identity of "self" and see yourself as part of Me, in each and every moment, you will then come to live in the here and now, which I AM. Today you say, tomorrow is coming...yesterday you said this would be tomorrow...but each time you said it you were here NOW. You can only exist here and NOW. Life is only experienced here now, for Life is ever in the present. Life does not exist yesterday or tomorrow, for it ever present, here NOW.

Does the past exist? where is it...show me! Does tomorrow exist? Where is it...does it live? Yesterday and tomorrow hold no life, for they are only memories and concepts in your thinking...for Life is ever present, and ever shall be. Events may pass or events may be in the future, but events are not life, they are only the circumstances of life...they are not life. Life is ever present, and ever shall it be - for I am ever present, and ever shall I be.

So if I am ever present and only "time" had a beginning, then when did Life begin? Genesis tells you that in the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth, but did he also create Life? When did Life begin? Did Life exist a trillion aeons ago? Yes, life existed a trillion aeons ago, yet it was the same life as the present...continuously present.

If you let go of your concepts of time you will see that before the beginning of "time"I existed...other beings existed also, for they too were beyond time, in the eternal present. Yet they existed only because I exist, they existed within Me, for I have always been and shall ever be the First Cause behind existence itself. When you truly perceive Me within Eternity, then you will also perceive Me here within all that you ARE, for I am ever present. And when you truly perceive Me Here and Now, you will also be looking into Eternity, without beginning, without end. Creation changes, yet I change not. For I am eternally the same, for I AM ever the First Cause of all that IS.

You know life in this instant because you ARE of the substance of that which I AM. You are part of Me, for there is only ONE. You are Light, and I have set you apart from the darkness, for you are Light. You do not yet realize it, for you are asleep in flesh, believing you are flesh. But you are not flesh. You are Spirit, you are Living Light, for you are of Me and I am not flesh, yet all flesh exists within Me, just as you exists within Me.

You as an individual identity, did not exist a trillion aeons ago, yet that which you ARE existed, for you are of Me, and I have always been. A trillion aeons ago is but a moment for Me, for I am eternally her NOW. I am the ETERNAL NOW, for I am Life, and Life is ever present and ever shall it be. I created time for you, yet I am beyond time...I am always present.

Man searches for Me in the past, in persons of the past, in beliefs and in writings from his past...yet I do not exist in the past, I am eternally present, even as Life. When man lets go of the past and seeks Me as I AM in the present, at the center of all he IS, he shall find Me ever present.

So what existed before this present cycle of "time" was created? Being flesh, and viewing Life within limited concepts of flesh, it is impossible for you to see that which is the eternal order, the Grand Cycles of Life, so I will put it into a concept that might met you glimpse a random possibility.

Stretch you minds a little and ask yourself what was Life before your present cycle...in those vast incomprehensible cycles so long past that whole universes have been created, served their purpose, and have turned to the dust from whence they came?

Well perhaps...and just perhaps...in a cycle that is so far distant, so long past in cosmic time that it is beyond anything that you could probably comprehend...that a fragment of that which I AM, this very fragment which now speaks to you, was then as you are now....a young Soul just beginning its journey, thinking itself separate from all else, not yet aware of the First Cause, and not yet aware of its own Oneness within ALL THAT IS. Perhaps it too may have evolved upward through various forms, though infinitely different from that which you now know. Perhaps it went through its early experiences of separation, until it came to realize that it was more than form...it realized it was Spirit. Perhaps it went beyond form and became a spirit, and thereafter dwelt within those higher spirit planes as it grew into greater and yet greater realization of the infinite vastness of Life itself.

Perhaps for countless cycles it existed as a spirit, wherein it grew in awareness, grew to reflect greater and greater Light. Then, as the vast cosmic cycles continued on in their endless journey, it grew in spirit into even greater understanding of that which it was...it transcended even the lofty planes of spirit and came to realize that it was more than a spirit, it was a living Soul...it was pure Light, a living fragment of the very Source itself...it was Living Light.

Perhaps it finally went beyond that spirit planes, moving into greater and yet greater dimensions of life, where awareness expands to include whole regions of the cosmos, which included not only the myriad of spirit planes associated with each planet, but the higher dimensions of life beyond all planets, beyond all form. Perhaps it dwelt within those greater dimensions beyond all matter, beyond all form, as it perceived yet greater and vaster expressions which lay yet above it, greater dimensions to explore and to experience as Life ever unfolded in its majestic plan.

Perhaps through untold cycles it moved ever upward through cycles so vast and ancient as to seem comparable with eternity itself, yet ever upwards in ever greater experiences and expressions of Life. Perhaps it finally came to know the very essence and magnitude of creation itself, and therein participated in creation...wherein it came to realize that it could create nothing outside of itself, for there exist only ONE, and it was part of that ONE.

Perhaps through these eternal cycles it finally transcended all need for individuality. It let go of individuality and allowed all that it was to flow back into the First Cause, the Source of all that it was...the mystery of mysteries, the unknowable, unfathomable First Cause, wherein there is only ONE...which now included the sum total of all that it had ever been and known, on all planes and in all dimensions it had passed through on its return to the God-head. The drop of water had merged back into the Ocean from which it came, yet it added to that Ocean all that it had become in its journey.

Perhaps countless cycles again came and went wherein it was simply ONE with the very Source from where it had come. It was without form or individuality, yet it somehow still was...for it had finally awakened as the First Cause itself. Perhaps it thought that this was the end, the ultimate climax to Life's grand expression.

Ah, but not so! That was but one of the Grand Cycles of Life. A new cycle was to began, and it was to come to know this as just the beginning.

THE STAR MAKERS

..."In the beginning, "Source" breathed forth a thought of pure Light (as a Being), which we the awakened ones know as "Father". First the thought, second the stirring within the Father/Mother womb or Matrix. These did not have bodies of dense matter, they were pure Light, yet with all of the attribute of the ALL, the "Source". The had the mind of their Source, and also the endowment of the Source, such as the Power to create by Thought"...

The Star Maker-A Glimpse into Eternity (Part 2)

The whole process which it had known was simply one of an endless number of Grand Cycles...the out-breath and the in-breath of the First Cause. Each out-breath is send forth by "Thought", which begins and ends all movement. The Thought is the pattern as the Breath of Life moved out into the Cosmos, out into those regions where only darkness and void were on the face of the deep. Therein after many cycles, a universe of Star systems, of Suns and Worlds come into being, including the countless planes of spirit....all brought into manifestation by the Thought. When the entire universe of matter has actualized into manifestation according to the Thought sent forth...and as that cycle of the out-breath neared its completion and all was ready, a group of young Souls, which included the very fragment which now speaks to you, went forth into that creation to begin its development. It went outward and after numerous smaller cycles finally took on form, though not flesh as you know it. With each new cycle it developed upward, each time developing greater and ever greater awareness of itself.

When the Thought had manifested to the very last detail, bringing forth creation as it was to be within that place, including the Souls that were to inhabit it, then the out-breath ceased and the in-breath began...the in-breath, when all Souls within that creation would began their journey back towards their unity with the God-head.

Thus did this fragment which now speaks to you began its journey in ages long past. And within the in-breath of that Grand Cycle it would reach the maturity of that cycle and returned to the God-head from which it went forth. Know that there are cycles within cycles, countless smaller cycles that exist within greater cycles...and countless greater cycles within each and every Grand Cycle. With the final completion of each Grand Cycle there is a cycle of rest within the cosmos, yet it too ends and a new cycle begins. A new cycle for all those who had completed their return within the previous Grand Cycle.

I, who now speaks to you, was that fragment...and as that fragment I returned to the God-head from which I had come. Yet, I was to go outward into creation once again within the next out-breath...yet this time it would be My Thought which would pattern it. As ONE with the Source, it would be I who would send forth the Thought which would manifest within that out-breath...wherein an entire universe would become my "form", and the billions of new Souls which would inhabit it would express my "individuality".

We would be ONE, just as I am ONE with He/She who sent me forth. The breath of Life would once again go out from the First Cause, sent forth by my thought, into a region within the eternal expanse of space, wherein "darkness and void were upon the face of the deep". I would say: "Let there be Light, and there would be Light." I would see the Light, and see that it was good...and I would divided the Light from the darkness...

There I would bring forth planets, Galaxies, and Star Systems., and I would be the "Father" of your creation, just as another had been mine...yet in truth there exists only ONE, the one and only First Cause wherein we all have our being. I would create a cycle of time and a plan for the unfoldment for all young Souls conceived therein. The Angelic Orders, who are of Light Substance, with no will of their own but to serve the Source of all Light, would guide and assist in the great over-all plan. I would be the Father behind the out-breath, the Thought behind the creation...yet it would be vastly different from all that had come before, for Life never repeats itself, and never will.

Perhaps...and just perhaps...a trillion aeons ago I sought to know The Starmaker, only to become The Starmaker...wherein I not only created Stars, but a universe full of potential Starmakers. And so it would go...on into Eternity...Worlds without end.

Foolish you say? Surely, as a lowly being seeking for understanding you will never become a Starmaker. Look around yourself! Look at Life as it ever moves forward. Life never stagnates or stands still. So where would you have it stop? At what point would you say: "I am finally there...I have reached the totality of my expression, of all that I can ever be. This is my highest expression, therefore I will remain here forever, without change". Wherein do you see Life without change?

Too, look around yourself. Does the First Cause produce each and every new generation? Does not the present generation of trees produce the seeds for the next, and does not each generation produce more beautiful blossoms, with sweeter fruit which contains the seed for the next generation? Are you not greater than the trees?

Did not the past generation of human beings bring forth this generation of children, and will not the present generation of children grow to maturity and bring forth the next generation? As above so below. Children are brought forth by parents...parents by grand parents...grand parents by great grand parents...As Above So Below! So too did the past Starmakers create the present Starmakers. So too do the present Starmakers now create future Starmakers...and so it would go...Worlds Without End.

With each new out-breath Souls would go outward into manifestation, to experience ever greater aspects of creation...and with each new in-breath that which went out would return to its Source, yet vastly greater than when they went forth, in an endless expression of Life, ever upward. With each new Out-breath would come forth new expressions, yet each one as individuality unique as the individual fragment which sent it forth in the beginning. Each vast and incomprehensible cycle creating billions of potential Starmakers, wherein Life would express itself in an endless array...Worlds Without End!

For you on your world this is the great change spoken about. Within your lifetime you will experience the cessation of the out-breath and the beginning of the in-breath, beginning your journey back towards the God-head. The magnitude of this change is presently beyond your comprehension, but soon you will know. Those of you who so choose to step forth from the darkness which now clouds your vision, into a Light so glorious that it is beyond your ability to comprehend presently. That Light will dispel all darkness and you will KNOW that your journey homeward has begun.

Realize, that it is a very long journey, this return journey...so long in fact that whole Star Systems shall return to the dust from which they came. Yet when that Light breaks through the darkness of your present lives, the Light which is now beyond all comprehension will fill your every breath with joy. It will accompany you forever afterward, and you will soon find that the greatest joy will be in the very journey itself. Be glad...for as sure as the sun will rise on the morrow, this great change is coming.

If you have now begun to see that which I have said, you might ask: "But a trillion aeons hence, what of the next out-breath? When My Sons and Daughters are as I am now...what will I be? What will that next cycle hold as My expression?

I can not say, for I am here now, just as I AM. But Eternity! Oh, wonder of wonders! Life IS Eternal! It has ALWAYS BEEN and will EVER BE...for there exists that mystery of mysteries, the First Cause behind all that IS.

As for those eternal cycles beyond creation....they are known only to those who have gone through them in eternity past. They are presently incomprehensible to Me, even as the First Cause is ever beyond all comprehension, even to them...for it simply IS the unfathomable Cause behind all That IS...without beginning....without end.

Oh Wonders of Wonders...Oh Glory of Glories...Mystery of mysteries! Life is Eternal. Life just IS...and EVER SHALL IT BE SO!

I just came upon quite an interesting read as I'll ever get into. Pretty surprising considering more than half of it is theoretical mathematics equations that pretty much sum up scientifically just how mind (mental) powers are interacting with not only matter, but also on the spiritual/ethereal/astral/virtual/galactic planes. Also pretty much breaks down the hierarchal levels of universal consciousness. Symptoms of Vibratorial Flu (Spiritual Awakening )

Many people around the world lately, including me have all reported similar symptoms of a mysterious ailment. I thought on several occasions I was having a heart attack even. The grand reality of it really was something more severe. Onset of "Vibratorial Flu."
Precursor signs show that our DNA is being changed at a phenominal rate to a 12 strand helix. This extra "download" of genetic info is happening to everyone all at the same time. Does this have something to do with 2012?
Yes.

Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening

1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or
three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off
and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep
Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up,
go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back
to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You
can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves
of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it
keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it.
Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which
often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the
day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also
request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give
you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right
away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your
journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly,
crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of
energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the
head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the
crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as
pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into
the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been
experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past,
I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle
vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was
covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about.
What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The
sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling
suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably
depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a
pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the
middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which
is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your
feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart
chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields
and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest.
Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct
the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want
some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these
old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask
Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful
that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them
inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is
linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no
longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting
go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4. Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the
people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in
your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through
issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The
resources or people you need to help you move through these issues
start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too
involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will
simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and
deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through
it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them.
Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead.
Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release
these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in
your body.

5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is
phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight
because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface
to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to
ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our
bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of
where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all
your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then
you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise.
Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place
setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant
hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are
going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going
to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand
from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the
food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to
think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing
to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the
food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the
hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've
forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway.
That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to
stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy
what blessings are before you.

6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices.
Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier.
Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not
sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if
it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in
#5.

7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more
spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body
will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is
sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing
yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue
in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by
sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for
10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out
into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your
body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the
same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)

8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. 8a. Sight:
Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras
around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing
formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you
no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes
or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear
more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green.
Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more
sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when
the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may
see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides).
Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing
new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid.
Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning. 8b. Hearing: Increased or
decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road
because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway.
Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones,
music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing,
whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio
dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you
can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in
their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask
the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the
situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it.
Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new
frequencies. 8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I
notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a
rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful.
For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and
distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and
then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger
produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my
extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode
from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the
condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and
bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be
released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the
issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your
"stuff".

10. Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed
and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The
fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration,
so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't
fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write
your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the
type of energy.

11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations
as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with
Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and
constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be
altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking
and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may
find your meditation periods shorter.

12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It
is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people
have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I
experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes
the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I
feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and
let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are
an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through
your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you
are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best
and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.

13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck
pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive
problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains,
changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and
involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even
had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing.
Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need
it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax
in the realization that it is only temporary.

14. Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release
limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually
lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more.
You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.

15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up
confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control.
Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some
dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is
happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important
for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of
fear.

16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in
job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes --
sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down,
simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to
you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your
attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for
all.

17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining
jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel
a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You
want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find
yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself
from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!

18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get
your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time
you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to
your heart and your own discernment will follow.

19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted
activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who
formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't
know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."

20. Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other
creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least
record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you
might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the
planet.

21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because
you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an
unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice:
Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the
sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the
present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not
anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have
plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on
the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to
your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next
time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time
to -----." Then relax.

22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is
about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to
worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates
more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are
prayers. There is nothing to fear.

23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You
want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is
not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing
that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a
lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus
on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.

24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and
revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in
your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world
cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way
will open up for you.

25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that
everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your
old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly
imagine. There is more to come.

26. "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on
your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature,
etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are
trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective,
they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on.
By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each
challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in
passing through it.

27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to
you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a
perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to
know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside
to discover more about who you are and why you are here

28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid
pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep
remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be
healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you
will move through the issues rapidly.

29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report
feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being
touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also
feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic
changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a
sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space
around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only
by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's
care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel
Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being
afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00
a.m.

30. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing
things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers
appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message
if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the
messages." What fun!

31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek
and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become
more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom
you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to
stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are.
You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep
anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice:
Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something,
speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes"
to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without
guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.

32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to
the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness
of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the
earth.


33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around,
lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put
up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your
car with bluelight. Laugh.

34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of
these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the
right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and
you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you.
That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.



35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness:
Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More
synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from
the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic
phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's
essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and
Christ-consciousness energies.

36. Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and
other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be
given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading
information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas,
communications, dance, etc.

37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this
Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and
love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for
all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and
knowing that you are never alone.

39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically,
and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in
alignment with your Higher Self.

40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came
to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing
ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to
make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to
your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and
ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for
synchronicities. Listen.

41. Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now
seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less
afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some
may even have messages for you.

42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is
thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You
are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear.
Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.

43. Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different
face -- past life or parallel life.

44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and
efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers.
Be careful what you ask for.

45. Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive
knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your
body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right
brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the
left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's
capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing,
analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and
mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results
are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or
no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what
you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of
communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness,
being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information;
feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a
reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in
analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the
other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos,
magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting,
painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other
kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content,
even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your
heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be
activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be
well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.

46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have
just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your
"lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes
"comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for
you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take
your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not
grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be
telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or
heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke
my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself
refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay
grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass;
even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel
the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention.
Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come
up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you
are feeling shaky.

48. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart
opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is
re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that
terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding.
I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened
once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did
check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember
what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your
doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.

49. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the
body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where
not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)

50. A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever
before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we
are seems more desirable. Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind
of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we
are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work
begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this
person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you
will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any
expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus
instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you
want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....

51. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of
past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all
our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences. Advice.
Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind,
leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you
will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and
feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.
